Silifat Ozovehe Enehezei is proudly one of InnovationMatters’ youth with bright ideas and a enthusiastic commitment to building relationships and improving her professional profile. With a background in Public Administration from Kogi State Polytechnic, Silifat is bringing to InnovationMatters her skills in public speaking, facilitation and youth coordination. Before joining InnovationMatters, Silifat led a sub group at Learn Nigeria, which was a research study group focused on measuring the impact of education systems on Nigerian youth and pulling multiple out of school children into the education system.
Olayinka Olasehinde
Olayinka Olasehinde has a powerful personality that she has directed towards people development and engagement especially at the community level. Yinka was awarded a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from the Lagos State Polytechnic in 2010. Her drive to strengthen small businesses in Nigeria had led Yinka to further obtain another diploma in ICT from Huawei University China in 2012. Her commitment to SME development has helped identify innovation in unlikely places, communities and industries. Yinka leads InnovationMatters, Community Relations CashAccess Portfolio.
Martins leads InnovationMatters’ DataFactory portfolio. With a firm discipline in Statistics from Ambrose Alli University, Martins has successfully combined his strong analytical skills with graphic design, data visualization, interpretation and reporting. In his role, Martins interacts with clients’ needs through infographics development and communication.
Ezekiel holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Olabisi Onabanjo University. Ezekiel has extesive research experience having commenced his research career in 2001 with Research International Nigeria as a Data entry clerk, Data processing unit and rose through the ladder to become a supervisor and grow in the capacity of Spec Writing (Programming), before he joined CMRG in 2010 as Assistant Manager. In 2014 he then joined PSI (Practical Sampling International) as a Manager to head the data processing unit. He has single handed managed the team that support Lagos State Bureau of Statistics for the past (3) three years on Household Survey. This includes: Designing of questionnaire, designing of templates for data capturing, Generating of data tables and Analysis for report writing. He has also support many research agencies, in small, medium and large sized business environments. He possess a sound knowledge of software engineering principles and work with many statistical packages, viz: SPSS, QPSMR, Epi Info, Stata and Survey ToGo.
